AMOS Project
A group of congregations living out their faith through public action. We build relationships with public officials and community leaders to change unjust systems to solve social problems.
Meeting times:
4th Thursday of the month, other evenings for various task forces. Meeting locations are at member churches.
Desirable Skills
Meeting and talking to people, a willingness to learn, a desire to make the region better than it is.

Welcome Center Host (ess)
To provide information and direction to those attending services, especially to new comers to help them feel welcomed and to know where things are in our building.
Meeting Times:
Sunday morning 15-20 minutes before the service begins.
Desirable Skills
The ability to use your hospitality gift by offering a warm greeting to those coming to our church.

Altar and Communion

Creative Worship
To enrich and enhance Sunday worship by creatively thinking of ways to help worshipers integrate the scriptures and God’s message into their lives.
Meeting Times:
Weekday evenings about once every two months in Trinity’s library.
Desirable Skills
A sense of adventure about worship and open to new ways to doing things. A person who thinks outside the box. A passion for meaningful, exciting worship.

Scripture Reader
To aid the pastor in leading worship. Introducing and leading various worship elements and reading scripture in the Sunday service.

20 minutes prior to worship service for sound check

Good public speaker and reader. Must possess enthusiasm for worship and love for the worshipers and God

Trustee Committee
Responsible for the care of our church home, for the maintenance and upkeep of our church building and grounds.

Third Monday of each month in the new kitchen

Building maintenance and repair are desirable but not necessary.

NEEDS
A cooperative group of concerned community churches and civic organizations that do the work of caring for our neighbors in need by providing basic emergency assistance.

Junior Ministry
To allow youth in grades 4-6 to minister to and be role models for children at Trinity

Drivers

This is a ministry promoting fellowship for all persons attending worship. It provides an opportunity to meet new friends, and catch up with old friend, while enjoying coffee, tea, juice and a light snack.
