AMOS Project
A group of congregations living out their faith through public action. We build relationships with public officials and community leaders to change unjust systems to solve social problems.
Meeting times:
4th Thursday of the month, other evenings for various task forces. Meeting locations are at member churches.
Desirable Skills
Meeting and talking to people, a willingness to learn, a desire to make the region better than it is.

Welcome Center Host (ess)
To provide information and direction to those attending services, especially to new comers to help them feel welcomed and to know where things are in our building.

Creative Worship
To enrich and enhance Sunday worship by creatively thinking of ways to help worshipers integrate the scriptures and God’s message into their lives.
Meeting Times:
Weekday evenings about once every two months in Trinity’s library.
Desirable Skills
A sense of adventure about worship and open to new ways to doing things. A person who thinks outside the box. A passion for meaningful, exciting worship.

Liturgist
To aid the pastor in leading worship. Introducing and leading various worship elements and reading scripture in the Sunday service.

Sunday, 9:15 am in the Sanctuary.

Trustee Board
Responsible for the care of our church home, for the maintenance and upkeep of our church building and grounds.

Junior Ministry
To allow youth in grades 4-6 to minister to and be role models for children at Trinity

Appt. Drivers/Relievers
To take people who are unable to drive, to doctor appointments and have no other means of transportation.
To provide relief for those caring for loved ones when the caregiver needs a break

Tender Loving Care (TLC)
To bring comfort and understanding to members who are in the hospital or home after illness or surgery. We also visit after a death in the family or just when a friendly face would help.

Outreach
To reach out to people in the community with the Good News of Jesus Christ, and to extend an invitation to those who are in need of a church home, to come to Trinity Community Church

Helpful if you are a team player, like to brainstorm ideas with other committee members, not fearful to take on a job, and stick to it ability to see the job through.

Using donated yarn to make knitted afghans and other items for homeless people at Bethany House and Camp Washington.
