Pastor - Randy Wade Murphy

Born and raised in the Chicago area, Christ was actively pursuing a relationship with Randy but it wasn’t until he was a sophomore at the University of Illinois that he decided to enter into that relationship. From that point on he began to grow as a Christ-follower which eventually led to a call to pastoral ministry. After completing a Master of Divinity degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, he began serving as pastor of local churches in New Hampshire, Michigan, and now here at Trinity Community Church. According to Randy, “My journey with Jesus and his church has been a blessed one as he graciously draws me closer to himself each day of the journey and with each step is slowly making me more the kind of pastor and person he wants me to be.”

Randy has a wife Susan, three adult daughters: Jessica, Tanner, and Brooke, a son-in-law, Daniel, a grandson, Lorenzo, and a Golden Retriever named Moby. He resides in Pleasant Ridge.

Christian Education and Youth Director - Katy Havran

Katy hails from the tiny town of Bethel, Ohio and is the 4th child of 8. She has the craziest family but she loves them all anyways! She recently graduated from Cincinnati Christian University with a Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies and has a passion for teaching the truth of the Gospel to anyone who will listen. When she has free time she loves to read, try weird food at Jungle Jims, and go to the park with her miniature schnauzer puppy Atticus. Katy is excited to be able to serve Christ through Trinity!

Worship Music Director - Chris Neely

Born in Florida but raised in Cary, NC, Chris Neely has been an active church musician for eleven years. He has served in a number of musical capacities in churches of different denominations and has a clear passion for helping others to make a joyful noise to the Lord. In addition to being a church musician, Chris has been performing and teaching in the Cincinnati area for seven years. Operatic roles include Rodolfo in Puccini's La bohème, the title role in Massenet's Werther, Alfredo in Verdi's La Traviata and the Chevalier de la Force in Poulenc's Dialogues des carmélites. In the Greater Cincinnati area, Mr. Neely has performed Saint-Saëns’s Christmas Oratorio, Mozart’s Requiem and Vesperae Solennes de Confessore as well as selections from Mendelssohn’s Elijah with groups such as the October Festival Choir, Musica Sacra and the Westwood Festival Choir. Organist - Bart Choate

Many of us hear the music brought for worship by our organist, but know little about the man behind the keys. As a community, we are honored to have that position filled by Bart Choate.

A native Cincinnatian, Bart has an extensive background in the study of piano, initially playing during his childhood, and furthering his study at Cincinnati’s School for the Creative and Performing Arts (1991), later obtaining a B.Mus. degreein piano at Ohio Wesleyan University (1995), and culminating in a M.Mus. degree in piano pedagogy from the University of Illinois (1997). On Sundays, Bart hopes that sharing his talent for music comes through in worship and praise.

Bart is more diverse than his music though. He also is a 2004 graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Pharmacy and works full-time as a pharmacist providing care to patients of The Jewish Hospital and CVS Pharmacy. In his spare time, he enjoys visiting his family and enjoying time with his two Siberian Huskies in his Montgomery home.

Secretary - Erin Servizzi

Erin was born and raised in Dillonvale which is a subdivision in Sycamore Township, OH. Her parents still live in the house where she grew up with her three brothers and sister.

She didn’t venture to far from where she grew up…she resides in Deer Park where she is raising her three children, Austin, Megan and Nicholas.

In Erin’s free time or should she say lack of free time, she enjoys watching her children’s sporting events and school activities while rooting them on in everything they do!

She also enjoys reading books, cooking, camping, fishing, movies and spending time with her family and friends.

She thanks Trinity for being such a welcoming church and great place to work.

Director of Trinity Child Development Center - Elaine Hinz

Elaine Hinz grew up in the Finger Lakes region of New York State and spent her early years attending events in the Syracuse area.  She graduated high school in Auburn, NY and completed two years at Auburn Community College.  Gaining her Bachelor’s Degree Magna cum Laude and ultimately her Master’s in Education from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Geneseo as a Graduate Assistant, Elaine became a teacher in the Rush-Henrietta School system.  Marriage and a move with her family to Cincinnati in 1981 provided new opportunities.  Settling in the Dillonvale/Deer Park area and becoming a member of Trinity Church allowed friendships and deep-rooted family feelings to be created and her love for the area has grown over the years.  Daughters Jennifer, Valerie, and Kimberly were raised here.

Elaine worked in the preschool program of Deer Park Schools, volunteered in Girl Scouting with Jan Godwin, and was a teacher’s helper in Diane Forster’s classes at Amity Elementary.  She coached girls’ softball for Deer Park and helped with VBS for Trinity Church.  In 2002, God called her to the position of Director/Lead Teacher of Trinity Child Development Center and she has led the preschool studies of at least 50 children and their families ever since.
