Trinity Community Church has a congregational form of governance. All activity coordination and decision making is carried out by Trinity Church Council. The Council is made up of 12 members who are elected by the congregation, plus the Pastor. The Council meets on the second Monday of each month at 7 pm in Fellowship Hall.
Positions on the Council include:

The Pastor and staff members are ex-officio members of this body.
Congregational meetings are held at least twice a year to approve the spending plan for each year, elect new members to Council, and present reports from all committees and Council for the previous year. Additional Congregational meetings can be called for special needs with two weeks notice to the congregation.

In addition to Council, there are standing committees that report to Council. They include Endowment, Memorial Committee and Website Committee.
The Endowment Committee oversees monies contributed and held by the Endowment Fund of Trinity. For more information regarding this committee contact Bob Koch, chair of this committee.
The Memorial committee manages memorial gifts and makes recommendations to Council regarding how funds should be spent. The chair of this committee is Marge Craig.
The Website committee makes decisions regarding Trinity's website and includes Web Maters Chris Neely and Joanne Haynes, and Randy Wade Murphy.
